We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@maison-merritt.com with your Order ID and we’ll take care of the rest.
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags and protective materials intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
