We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with the same level of care that goes into every Maison Merritt piece.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using the United States Postal Service.

  • Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $150
  • Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are ultimately handled by USPS and may vary due to factors outside our control.

All orders are shipped with no signature required. Packages may be left in a secure location at the discretion of the carrier. Maison Merritt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@maison-merritt.com with your Order ID and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and protective materials intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only, but international shipping is on the way.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS transit times.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, Maison Merritt is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you need help, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition with both tags intact. 

Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is a flat rate of $8, which is deducted from your refund.
